One Heartbeat...

Just came back from our CF camp yesterday. Very tired but the camp was great!! This year's camp was about unity and the theme was "One Heartbeat". Our camp took place in the SUFES Campsite in Tapah from 30th September till 3rd of October.

Our purpose of this camp was to encourage unity among our CFers and especially between our different CGs such as the Joy Group(JG) ;which is our Chinese language CG; as well as the Christian Fellowship(CF); our English group. The camp was a great experience and I especially find the talk by the speaker interesting and very relevant at the same time.

We had activities like obstacle course, treasure hunt, stream trotting and so on. All these activities really taught us the importance of teamwork. I could see the CFers helping out each other especially the weaker ones in the groups. Everyone had to use their different strengths to make up for the weaknesses of their group members.

On the final day, we had a 'Car Wash' session. Basically, all we did was to tell the strength of our group members. Never thought that that session would be so impacting. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT camp!!

Overall, I personally enjoyed the talks by Bro. Winson the most. This camp was really a "wake up" call for me. It really changed my life after that. To think that I was that close to not going for this year's camp. Thank God that I didn't miss this year's camp.

Wished that the SPUS CG could have joined us though. They can't cause they had class on the weekdays. Many people have been blessed through the camp. I pray that our passion for Him would not simply die down after the camp and that we would go all out for HIS will in TARC.
